Events in Alicante

The 1st annual swim from the Carrerlamar Beach in Campello will take place on Sunday January 15th 2012 at 12:00 covering a distance of 1.500 meters to the finishing post in front of the Clot Del Illot.

The event is organized by Grupo Brotons in collaboration with the Town Hall and the Nautical Club in Campello.

There are 8 categories for male and female participants:-

Junior 15 - 16 years of age.

Senior 17 - 29 years.

Master "A" 31 - 39

Master "B" 40 - 49

Master "C" 50 - 59

Master "D" over 60’s

Local - all ages for local participants.

Adapted - all age groups.

Prizes:

- Trophy & gift for both male and female winners.
- Trophy and gift for the first three classified in each group.
- Trophy for the first five local participants masculine and feminine.
- Trophy for the eldest male and female participant.
