Cómo comprar

How to buy.

We would like to make it easy for you to purchase from us on line, therefore we have created a step by step plan to help you.

We would also like to remind you that we are always available to assist you either via e-mail or telephone. Please consult the Terms and conditions for our contact details.

1. Select the number of tickets required for the excursion using the arrow keys. You can only buy one excursion at a time as a separate ticket is needed for each excursion.

2. If you are making a reservation for dinner or for bicycle hire, you will be asked to select the type of menu, bicycle etc and state the number of children and adults. When you have finished selecting the number of people, select the date from the available dates on the calendar. A button will appear that says buy tickets. Click on the button BUY TICKETS.

3. A screen will appear with the message Click on Basket to Checkout. This will take you to your shopping basket.

The excursion you wish to purchase will be listed here. Please check that the information is correct. If the details are not correct you can delete the item using the DUSTBIN icon or rectify the number of adults or children using the arrow keys up or down. When finished click on checkout.

REMEMBER your basket in shown on the right hand side of the main page so you can delete the item at any time, click on show basket and delete or change your order.

4. Check the item you wish to purchase is correct and select the method of payment, Visa or Paypal and click on next. Payment is also accepted via bank transfer contact us for details.

5. If you are an existing customer and have not logged in you will be asked to do so. If you are a new customer you will be asked to register.

6. Tick the I agree with the Terms and Conditions box and click on confirm order. Terms and conditions are listed in About us > Terms and conditions.

7. This will take you to the SECURE web site of the La Caixa Bank where you will pay for your purchase.

8. Fill in all the requested information, you will receive a code from your bank via SMS which you insert in the box below, if you do not have this service contact your bank. This system also works with the VERIFIED BY VISA AND MASTERCARD SECURE CODE, which allows safe and secure internet purchases. Ask your bank for details or click on the icons for more information if you do not have this service linked to your card.

9. After completing the bank transaction print out your bank receipt.

IF PAYING WITH PAYPAL, YOU MUST RETURN TO THE SHOP, I.E RETURN TO PIF 2006 S.L. THIS IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT, IF NOT YOUR TRANSACTION WILL NOT BE COMPLETED CORRECTLY. IF PAYING WITH VISA PRINT YOUR RECEIPT AND CLICK ON CONTINUE.

10. When you return to the web page you will be advised of the confirmation of your payment and that an e-mail has been sent to your e-mail account with your entrance tickets in PDF format. PRINT THE PDF DOCUMENT. THIS IS YOUR ENTRANCE TICKET AND MUST BE PRESENTED AT THE VENUE TO GAIN ENTRANCE.
