- Once you have acquired your ticket you accept the terms and conditions of www.excursionsbenidorm.com
- The printed voucher is your entrance ticket to the establishment.
- The voucher must be presented along with your D.N.I, your drivers’ license or passport and signed by the holder of the paying credit card.
- t is absolutely forbidden to re sell the ticket.
- In the case of an unforeseen cancellation by the company, you will be refunded the full amount of the entrance price.
- Should the client need to cancel, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required prior to the date of the excursion. If this condition is fulfilled then a full refund will be given minus 5% for bank charges.
- For cancellations where notice has been given less than 24 hours prior to the excursion date, 50% of the entrance price will be refunded.
- The refunds will only be given once all the relevant checks are made, approximately one month.
- The venue reserves the right of admission. The security staff are authorised to refuse entrance to any person who appears to be under the influence of any substances.
