AQUA NATURA BENIDORM UNVEILS NEW ‘JUNGLE RACE’ WATER ATTRACTION FOR SUMMER 2026
A thrilling new attraction is set to make waves this summer as Aqua Natura Benidorm prepares to open ‘Jungle Race’, an innovative group racing slide designed to combine speed, competition and immersive visual effects.
The new attraction will officially open to visitors on Monday, 1 June 2026, expanding the park’s growing portfolio of family-oriented aquatic experiences in Benidorm on the Costa Blanca.
Inspired by the atmosphere of the jungle, ‘Jungle Race’ features a multitrack structure made up of two intertwined tubular slides and a dramatic open-drop section built from an 11-metre-high launch tower. Riders descend simultaneously along a 135-metre course packed with tight turns, rapid transitions and sections specifically designed to heighten the sensation of speed and direct competition.
One of the standout features of the attraction is its immersive interior lighting system. Throughout the ride, visitors travel through a sequence of dynamic light effects, colour transitions and flashing illuminations that transform the inside of the slides into a sensory experience unlike any other currently available at the park.
According to Aqua Natura Benidorm, the attraction has been specifically designed to encourage participation among families and groups of friends, allowing riders to compete side by side while sharing the experience together.
‘Jungle Race’ also complements La Cresta, one of the park’s most intense attractions, helping to create a larger zone dedicated to high-adrenaline water slides and more dynamic experiences for thrill-seekers.
To celebrate the launch, Aqua Natura Benidorm will introduce a special promotion throughout June, offering visitors a €12 discount on combined tickets. The celebrations will continue on 27 June with a special event featuring Valencian DJ and producer Jairo Ginestar.
With the addition of ‘Jungle Race’, Aqua Natura Benidorm continues to strengthen its position as one of the Costa Blanca’s leading family water parks, investing in new attractions aimed at both tourists and local visitors.
