Guided tours of the the Bombarda & Les Caletes watch towers.

Take part in this cultural activity organised by the Historic Heritage Council of l’Alfàs del Pi and Benidorm on Sunday 24th of November 2013.

These watch towers used in the XVI Century protected the coastline from the Corsair pirate attacks. A unique opportunity to learn of the historic significance of these watch towers located in the Sierra Helada Nature Park. Inscription is from the 22nd of October until the 20th of November, costs 3€ and places are limited. Meeting points are the Casa de Cultura in l’Alfàs del Pi and from the Rincón de Loix in Benidorm at the junction of Ametlla de Mar and the Avda de Estocolmo at 09:30 from where the participants will be taken by bus to the start.
